The questions we get asked

For customers on a fleet contract, we aim to be on site within 90 minutes anywhere on the East Rand, day or night.

For non-contract callers, we will tell you honestly whether we can help that day. Short-notice availability without a contract is often limited.

If your fleet is on a contract, yes. Contract breakdown cover runs 24 hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Without a contract, after-hours work is subject to availability and often is not possible. The team is deliberately small, and night cover is kept for the fleets we hold contracts with.

Either. We can supply new tyres and quality retread casings, or fit tyres you have already bought.

Where we supply the tyre, the brand, specification and price are confirmed on the quotation before we come out. Tyres are always quoted separately from the fitting rate.

We visit the yard on an agreed day and check every tyre on every vehicle for tread depth, pressure, damage and wear pattern.

You get a written report for each vehicle showing what needs attention immediately, and what is likely to need attention within the next month or two.

No. This is commercial and fleet work only, and we do not take passenger-car walk-ins.

We do fit light commercial vehicles and bakkies, but only where they are part of a fleet we are already working with.

The East Rand and the wider Ekurhuleni area, including Boksburg, Benoni, Germiston, Kempton Park, Springs, Brakpan and Alberton, along with the N12, N17 and R21 corridors.

Scheduled fleet work can extend as far as Nigel and Delmas. Breakdown callout is principally for contract customers inside the coverage area. Distance beyond the coverage area is charged from R14 per kilometre, each way.

Scrap casings are accounted for. They are either returned to you, or disposed of with a receipt.

Not on scheduled yard visits booked in advance between Monday and Friday, 07:00 to 17:00.

A business-hours callout inside the coverage area starts at R650. After hours, contract customers start at R1,100 and non-contract callers at R1,850, where we have the capacity to come out at all.

Monthly scheduled inspection starts at R2,400 for fleets of 5 to 15 vehicles with one yard visit a month, and at R5,600 for 16 to 40 vehicles with two visits a month. A one-off fleet tyre audit is from R180 per vehicle.

Contract breakdown cover is quoted per fleet. Send us your vehicle count and where you are based and we will come and look at the tyres first.
