We come to
the truck.
Mobile truck and trailer tyre fitting, on-site repairs and scheduled fleet inspections. Your yard, your depot, or the roadside.
Commercial and fleet vehicles only. We do not take passenger-car walk-ins.

01Who we work for
Trucks, trailers and commercial fleets.
Sibanda is a mobile commercial tyre operation, not a retail fitment centre. The work is planned around operators who cannot afford to have a vehicle standing.
We work on
- Trucks
- Trailers
- Light commercial vehicles
- Commercial fleets
Mostly for small transport operators, delivery fleets, construction and plant-hire yards, farms, logistics depots, and bus or staff-transport operators.
We do not take
- Passenger-car walk-ins
- Retail counter work
Light commercial vehicles and bakkies are fitted where they are part of a fleet we already work with. There is no walk-in bay, because there is no shop. The team is out on the road.
02Services
What the team does on site
Most of the work sits in the first three. Everything else is handled on the same visit rather than as a separate trip.
01
Scheduled fleet tyre inspection and rotation
Planned yard visits on an agreed day. Every tyre on every vehicle checked for tread depth, pressure, damage and wear pattern, with a written report per vehicle.
02
Mobile truck and trailer tyre fitting
Fitment at your yard, depot or the roadside, so the vehicle stays where it is. Torque settings are recorded and signed off on every wheel fitted.
03
Breakdown callout for contract customers
Fleets on contract have access to callout 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays.
Also handled on the same visit
Puncture repair and tyre changeover on site
Punctures repaired in the yard or at the roadside where the casing allows it, and changeovers done without sending the wheel away.
Wheel balancing and valve replacement on site
Balancing, valve and extension replacement handled during the same visit, on the vehicle.
Tyre pressure and tread audits with a written report
Pressure and tread recorded across the fleet and written up, so you can see what is wearing early and where.
New and quality retread tyre supply
New tyres and quality retread casings supplied. Brand, specification and price are confirmed on the quote before the team travels.

Fleet audit, per vehicle
Tread depth / Pressure / Damage / Wear pattern
03Fleet contracts
Find it in the yard, not on the N12.
A scheduled contract puts the team in your yard on an agreed day. Tyres get inspected, rotated, repaired and replaced in one coordinated visit, so vehicles stop losing hours travelling to a fitment centre and waiting for a bay. What is worn is dealt with while the truck is standing anyway.
- Yard visits on an agreed day, every month
- Every tyre on every vehicle inspected
- A written report per vehicle
- Planned tyre attention instead of unplanned stoppages
- Access to 24-hour breakdown callout
Built for operators running 5 to 40 vehicles

05Availability
When you can get hold of us
24-hour callout is a fleet-contract benefit
Night-time and weekend breakdown response is held for fleets we hold a contract with, because the team is deliberately small. Without a contract, after-hours work is subject to availability and often is not possible.

06How the work is run
Straight answers, written down.
Nothing here is unusual in commercial tyre work. It is simply done the same way every time, and recorded, so you can check it later.

- 01
The truck stays in the yard
We travel to the depot, the yard, your premises or the roadside, so vehicles are not losing hours driving to a fitment centre and waiting for a bay.
- 02
Torque recorded and signed
Every wheel fitted is torqued to setting, written down and signed off.
- 03
Problems found before they fail
Scheduled fleet audits identify the tyres likely to need attention while the vehicle is still standing in your yard.
- 04
Night cover for contract fleets
Contract customers have access to night-time and weekend breakdown support.
- 05
Casings accounted for
Scrap casings are either returned to you or disposed of with a receipt.
- 06
Public liability cover on site
Public liability cover is carried on every site the team works on.
- 07
Fourteen years before day one
Musa Sibanda spent fourteen years fitting truck tyres before starting Sibanda Fleet Tyre Service in 2018.
